How do I place an order?

You may place an order using one of the following.

1. Add items to the shopping cart and fill in your details, we will then check on availability and freight charges and contact you by email with our quote. Should you accept the quote we will send you your invoice for payment prior to dispatch. We accept direct deposit using the banking details on the invoice, Master card and visa cards over the phone.

2.Email to admin(at)ljstuart.com.au stating the item or items you are interested in, your name and delivery postcode and we will contact you by return email with your quote.

3.Phone us on (02) 4577 2700 to speak to our sales staff

Are all the equipments listed on the site available?

Most equipment is readily available from our suppliers, we will check availability and freight costing as part of our quote process.

Are all products under warranty?

12 months minimum warranty on all items is covered by our suppliers and is subject to their terms and conditions which are available upon request.

How do you deliver?

Delivery is by our suppliers nominated courier and is typically 2 to 3 days from date of payment in the metro area. Up to 5 to 7 days where items require interstate or country delivery.
